If you are using Snow Leopard OS X (10.6). Our software requires Rosetta to run. The first time you run any software that requires Rosetta, you will get a dialog asking if you want to install Rosetta. Click Install. This will only happen once for all applications that require Rosetta, so you may not even see this dialog. Once Rosetta has been installed, our programs should be fine. |
If you have an Intel Mac. All of our current OS X programs run on the new Intel Macs. However, these programs are not Universal Binaries and therefore will use Apple's Rosetta emulation automatically. For more information on Rosetta, click here. |
If you have a Leopard OS X Mac. All of our current OS X programs run on the new Leopard OS X Macs. |
If you have a Vista PC. All of our current programs run on the new Vista PCs. |
If you have a 64-bit version of Windows (XP or Vista). Our programs were not developed to support the 64-bit Windows environment. |
